Terms and Conditions

This offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ogilvie Homes offer unless agreed otherwise.

This offer is for Ogilvie Homes to provide a monthly contribution towards your mortgage payments subject to the specified incentive value and duration period.

The sum & term will be confirmed prior to the reservation of your property.

Purchasers must meet the lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria.

Missive Contract exchange must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation. Failure to do so will invalidate any agreed Incentives.

Ogilvie Homes reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.

Ogilvie Homes will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee. Ogilvie Homes will not be responsible for the failure of any deal due to any defects in your existing property which arise because of an inspection or survey, whether a part exchange deal has been agreed or not.

If you require a mortgage, you are strongly advised to obtain advice from a regulated adviser. Ogilvie Homes will provide recommendation of Mortgage Advisers whom you will be required to speak to as part of our reservation qualification process who have extensive knowledge of the new build mortgage market, though you may, of course, seek such advice and move forward to process your mortgage application with your own mortgage adviser.

Appointment of an appropriate Legal Representative for Conveyancing purposes will also be the responsibility of the buyer however Ogilvie Homes can provide recommendations for these services without bias or obligation.
